Sawyer Service Solutions LLCI began working with Parish Data System (PDS) in 2004 and continued through its acquisition by ACS Technologies. During that time, I was heavily involved in the development, enhancement, and support of the Ledger and Payroll systems, gaining deep, hands-on knowledge of how these tools function in real-world church environments.
In addition to Ledger and Payroll, I worked extensively with Church Office—where many custom report requests originated—as well as Formation Office, Facility Scheduler, DioOffice, and DioView. I also spent significant time working within Ministry Platform and have some experience with Realm, along with familiarity with the ACS People Suite and ACS General Ledger.
In 2025, I transitioned away from ACS Technologies and founded Sawyer Service Solutions LLC as an independent business. While I bring many years of experience with PDS and related systems, this company operates separately and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ACS Technologies or Parish Data System.
Today, I provide personalized consulting, custom reporting, and technical support to help churches get the most out of their Church Management Software. My goal is simple: provide practical, knowledgeable support that understands both the software and the day-to-day realities of church administration.
