Sawyer Service Solutions LLCCustom Reports require special attention to create and maintain. We ask your consideration and cooperation when making a custom report request.
The terms and guidelines for requesting custom reports are as follows:
Your PDS software must be fully up-to-date.
You are responsible for reviewing and testing the custom report upon delivery. Any issues identified during initial testing will be addressed before final acceptance to avoid additional charges.
This report is designed for use as an add-on to the PDS product and is not a standalone application.
All custom reports remain the intellectual property of Sawyer Service Solutions. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report within their own organization.
The client may not distribute, share, sell, or provide the report to any third party without prior written consent from Sawyer Service Solutions.
Sawyer Service Solutions reserves the right to reuse, modify, or incorporate components of custom reports into other projects.
You will need to complete the Request for Custom Report form in detail. The Sawyer Service Solutions staff will review your request.
In some cases, your needs may already be met by existing functionality or alternative solutions. If further development is required, your request will be reviewed within 10 business days to gather any additional information needed to provide a price estimate and estimated completion date.
Estimates will be based on a $100 per hour rate. Work will begin upon approval of the estimate.
Invoices are due within 30 days of delivering the final report. Reports will be delivered electronically.
Any requested changes after the original estimate will be evaluated and quoted on a per-item basis and will require approval prior to implementation.
Changes made after the original estimate may also affect the completion date.
Custom reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
PDS products may change over time, which could affect your custom report. If you experience problems after loading an update from PDS, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to address issues caused by PDS updates. Minor adjustments may be made at no charge; however, significant changes or rewrites will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Sawyer Service Solutions is not responsible for any data inaccuracies, financial discrepancies, or operational impacts resulting from the use of custom reports.
Clients are responsible for verifying all report outputs before use in decision-making.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your request. If a custom report is not feasible, we will discuss possible alternatives.
The approved estimate defines the scope of work. Any additional requests or modifications outside of this scope will require a revised estimate.
Documentation is not included unless specifically requested and may be provided at an additional cost.
